About the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada
Over time, the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FKG UGM) has strived to realize continuous innovation in order to implement its vision and mission.
The Faculty is expected to be a center of academic excellence, a contributor to new scientific knowledge, a community empowerment agent, and socially relevant in order to create an independent and prosperous society. An independent and just society is the vision of the health sector launched by the Indonesian Ministry of Health. As an institution that produces dental graduates who will become experts in providing health services, FKG UGM has a role and responsibility to take an integral part in realizing this vision.
This role and responsibility is actualized by carrying out a series of education, research, and community service activities that are in line with the vision, mission, and goals of FKG UGM, namely to participate in realizing national goals in the health sector.
